Named after… well Remy & Riley! This big sister & little brother duo is going places!
Discovering rolled ice cream for the first time in 2017, we (mom + dad) were so incredibly inspired and driven to bring this experience to life! We had dreamed to open a unique and welcoming place to enjoy this delicious handmade treat since our first encounter. Fast forward to 2022, we made our dreams a reality!
Our trailer is everything we envisioned it to be and we are thrilled to share this new and exciting adventure with you! Here at Rem + Ry’s Rollery, we pay great attention to detail and put T.L.C into every bowl we make. We are so elevated to serve our community a treat that is not only unregrettable, but also an unforgettable experience.

WHAT IS
ROLLED ICE CREAM?
Originated in Thailand, this popular treat is created by placing liquid ice cream base onto a chilled surface, freezing it into thin sheets and scraping it into beautifully, delicious rolls. These rolls sit upright in a bowl, and finished with endless toppings.
